Before scheduling an appointment, we would like to remind you that:

• 1 appointment = 1 person : Scheduling appointments is individual (1 appointment = 1 person). You need to schedule as many appointments as there are individuals within your family.

• Before your appointment: please review the documentation related to your procedure by visiting our website, and ensure you have all the necessary documents for your request. Incomplete files cannot be processed.

• Documents to present: Kindly bring all the documents (ORIGINAL + COPY), including the identity document for renewal.

• Important - MANDATORY presence of children: Children, regardless of their age, and one of the parents with parental authority must be present together during the submission of the passport or national identity card application.

• Entrance is at fixed times: individuals arriving late will not be accommodated and will need to reschedule their appointment.
