Foreign Affairs Minister condemns letter by Opposition Leader ; Linton fires back

The Leader of the Opposition Lennox Linton wrote to the Honourable Prime Minister expressing concern that Dominica is involved in the sale of passports to international criminals, a letter which he copied to the United States Ambassador to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. During her speech to Parliament on Monday night, Minister for Foreign Affairs Senator Francine Baron expressed disgust over the letter.

ECCA updates Government on Dominica on development of international airport

Plans for the construction of an international airport in Dominica are progressing, as the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority provided an update to the Cabinet of Ministers on the development plans. His Excellency the President of the Commonwealth of Dominica was also in attendance.

St Kitts-Nevis expects stronger citizenship by investment ranking in next index

The Chief Executive Officer of the Citizenship by Investment Unit expects the programme of the Federation to rank higher in the next CBI index, despite its recently ranking behind Dominica in second place. The programme returned perfect ten scores in areas of due diligence, citizenship timeline and ease of processing, among others.
