CARICOM Climate Change Negotiators and Ministers will hold important talks here in Saint Lucia on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th October, 2015 respectively to fine-tune the region`s negotiating artillery for the 21st session of the Conference of Parties (COP 21) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change scheduled for November 30 to December 11 in Paris, France.
