2014 - 2015 Scholarship application
Priority will be given to masters
Dead line for application: 31st december 2013
Only nationals from the following OECS countries may apply:
Antigua & Barbuda
Saint Kitts & Nevis
Saint Vincent & the Grenadines
The training can take place in France. However priority will be given for application to study at the “Université des Antilles et de la Guyane” in Martinique, Guadeloupe or French Guiana.
1- AGE :
Bachelor’s degree : applicants must be 21 years maximum
Master’s degree: applicants must be less than 30 years maximum
Have A ‘level
In addition to the A ‘level applicants MUST have one of the following:
DELF (Diplôme d’Études de Langue Française) 2nd degree or B2 level ;
DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française);
TCF/DAP (B2 level).
If you do not have one of the above you can contact the alliance française of your country to get information on the courses and dates of exams.
3- APLICATION FORM :
The form can be collected at these locations as per 21st October 2013:
Department of Cooperation and culture of the French embassy in St. Lucia
Alliance française of your country
Form and requested documents must arrive at the Department of Cooperation and Culture of the French Embassy no later than: 31st DECEMBER 2013
Candidates that are not residing in St. Lucia must drop their form at the Alliance Française of their respective countries. The Alliance Française is responsible to forward it to the French Embassy.
Forms receive after the deadline will not be examined!
5- SCHOLARSHIP PACKAGE:
The selected candidates will receive:
A free visa;
A ticket (plane/boat) at the beginning and end of training;
Lodging within the university;
A monthly allowance of about 600 € for the duration of the training. This stipend is given to help students with expense such accommodation, books and other expenses related to their studies.
