Consular visits in Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Dominica and Antigua
The French Embassy to the OECS Member States and to Barbados, in residence in Saint Lucia is pleased to announce a consular visit to the islands of Trinidad, Barbados, Dominica and Antigua. The Consul will accept applications for French passports and attend to other urgent cases requiring travel by individuals. Requests to vote by proxy will also be processed during this time. Unfortunately, visa applications will not be accepted.
The following table details the expected travel dates as confirmed by the Consular Officer :
Adult passport : 96 euros/274.30 EC/680.85 TTD/ 203.82 BBD
Passport for a minor (15 years and older) – 52 euros/148.55 EC/ 368.79 TTD/110.40 BBD
Passport for a minor (below 15 years of age) – 27 euros/77.15 EC/191.49 TTD/57.32 BBD
Please note that the passport fees are subject to change whenever there is a change in the value of the euro. New passport fees will come into effect as of April 1st 2017. It is advised that you walk with extra money in case there is an increase in the passport fees.

Copy of your old passport
One coloured passport sized photo 3.5 x 4.5 cm
Proof of residence ( utility bill mentioning applicant’s name/name of parent in case of a minor)
Recent copy of your birth certificate issued less than three months ago ( If you were born in a French country/department)
Letter of authorization from parent not attending the interview in the case of a minor
Proof of ID of parent in the case of a minor
Without these documents your passport application will not be processed.
